Privacy
We ask for as little as we need, use it only to follow up about the Reading Rooms, and never sell or share it.
If you fill in our sign-up form or email us, we collect the details you choose to give — typically your name, contact details, and how you'd like to help. The sign-up form is provided by Google Forms; Google processes the submission on our behalf.
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking. Two Google services are involved in how the site works: our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, and the sign-up form is an embedded Google Form — when you view or use these, Google receives the technical information involved (such as your IP address) and the embedded form may set Google's own cookies, as described in Google's privacy policy. If you prefer not to use the embedded form, you're always welcome to sign up by post (c/o Castlebridge Post Office) or by email.
Only to respond to you and to keep you informed about the Castlebridge Reading Rooms project, in the way you've asked. We don't run a marketing list and we don't use your details for anything else.
Your information is seen only by the volunteers running the project. We don't sell it or pass it to third parties. It's held no longer than it's useful to the project.
You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — just email info@castlebridgereadingrooms.com. As the trust formalises, this page will be updated with the registered charity's details and a named contact for data requests.
